Douglas Totten Graduates from Carleton College

Douglas Totten of Hanover, IN (47243) graduated, Magna Cum Laude, with a BA in Chemistry from Carleton College at its 142nd Commencement exercises, held on Saturday, June 11.

Totten is the child of Mark and Nancy Totten of Hanover.

Following remarks by Carleton College President Steven Poskanzer, two senior students addressed the graduating class: Elizabeth Drew Higgins, an Environmental Studies major from Greenwich, CT, and Daniel Bollinger, a Sociology/Anthropology major from Towson, MD. Carleton also presented an honorary degree during the commencement ceremony to former Minnesota Supreme Court Justice Alan C. Page, who served in the Minnesota Supreme Court from 1992 to 2015, and is a member of the College Football Hall of Fame and the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
