Ethan Ellis (Carleton class of 2019) of Glen Ellyn, IL, is a member of the Carleton College men's cross country team for the 2017 season.

The Knights are coached by Dave Ricks, who is in his 11th season as head coach. Carleton is a member of the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) and NCAA Division III.
