Fernando Dominguez, a member of the Carleton College class of 2019, is a member of the Knights' football team for the 2017 season.

Carleton is coached by Bob Pagel, who is in his sixth season as head coach, and 13th on the Knights' staff. Carleton is a member of the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) and NCAA Division III.
