Sad'e Smith Earns Academic Honors at Carleton College

Sad'e Smith, of River Forest, IL, has been awarded the David Pollatsek '96 Prize in Computer Science. This prize is awarded each year to computer science majors who best reflect David Pollatsek's special strengths: his intellectual curiosity, his creativity, his imaginative programming, his love of art, and his flair for design. Smith is the daughter of Wardell Tate and Cynthia Smith and is a graduate of Oak Park & River Forest High School.
