Todd Campbell Earns Academic Honors at Carleton College

2016 May 31

At the end of every academic year, the Carleton community gathers at Honors Convocation to recognize faculty and students for their accomplishments and service. Todd Campbell, a senior from Chicago, Ill., earned the Dana Award for Personal Achievement.

Established in memory of the Reverend Malcolm McGregor Dana, who was a Carleton trustee from 1878 to 1888, the Dana Award for Personal Achievement is given to young men in the senior class who during four years at Carleton have achieved a balance of high scholarship, exceptional leadership abilities, and outstanding Christian character. The award is made in the hope that these qualities will be dedicated to public service.

Founded in 1866, Carleton College is a national top 10, private liberal arts college in the historic river town of Northfield, Minnesota, 45 miles south of Minneapolis/Saint Paul. Best known for its academic excellence and warm, welcoming campus community, Carleton offers 37 majors and 15 concentrations in the arts, humanities, natural sciences, and social sciences.
